Each hand crafted pattern sits elevated on brass feet with high friction rubber bases, and wrapped in a subtle concave profile. The cutting surface of the board has a deep juice groove that wraps around 3 edges of the board. The groove runs along both long edges of the board, and down one side. This allows for a groove that will catch the majority, if not all, of the juice on your board, while still allowing you to easily scrape food off the flat side of the board.
